COOL CAT ISLAND

Whether you’re out on a gorgeous beach vacation or not, you deserve a tropical cocktail experience that’s as sweet as it’s refreshing. The Cool Cat Island is a cocktail that deserves its own Jimmy Buffett song! Similar to a Mai Tai or a Rum Punch, this recipe combines the crisp sensation of Cool Cat Citrus Sparkling Cocktail with classic island flavors and spirits.

Ingredients

• 5 oz of Cool Cat Citrus Sparkling Cocktail
• 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup
• 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 2 oz Dark Rum
• Tiki Glass
• Garnish with Mint, Orange & Pineapple Slices

Instructions

1. In a tall glass - or preferably a 12 oz Tiki Mug - pour your grenadine syrup over ice.
2. Layer the passion fruit juice, lime juice, and orange juice - in that order!
3. Add the dark rum, and fill the remainder of the glass with Cool Cat Citrus.
4. Garnish with fresh mint, slices of orange and pineapple - and enjoy!
